1. Request a FREE custom quote (If you have a set budget for your design requests, be sure to include it in the "request a quote" form, we will try to work with your budget as best we can)
2. Tell us what you have in mind for your logo design by filling out a simple questionnaire
3. Our designers will produce concepts within 5 business days (If you require an urgent job, please let us know)
4. Choose the logo design you like the most
5. Make suggestions for your final logo design
6. Receive your logo files through email or upgrade to having the files sent on a professional cd

Fill Out Design Brief

The client is involved throughout the whole process. We present the project to the client at certain stages, or milestones, and wait for approval before we continue work. We find that this process keeps the client involved and prevents any breakdowns in communication. In between these milestones, the client is free to call in to get an update.

A finished product is yours upon receipt of final payment.

Design Projects: We will supply the electronic files to you through e-mail. We also keep a copy of your project on file for later updates or should you lose your copy.

Print Projects: We ship all our orders through the US Postal Service or via UPS. Tracking numbers are made available to all our customers

Copyright is yours upon receipt of final payment.  We do, however, reserve the right to use any work for promotional purposes.

Payment Processing

An invoice and link to will be sent to you through google checkout. We accept Visa, American Express, Master Card, Discover, Money Order and Checks. Please note that if you purchase with a money order or e-check we will not deliver the final work until it has cleared.

Print logos require a high resolution to maintain quality and the most common formats are tiff, eps or press quality pdf. Mainly designed in cmyk for four color process printing, these files can be reproduced successfully in print and are usually very large files best sent via CD.

Web logos require a low resolution for viewing on screen and the most common formats are gifs or jpegs. Designed using rgb or specific hex colors, Web logos are small file sizes that can be emailed and should never be used in print as their quality is not high enough to reproduce successfully and their color profile is not compatible with pre-press software.
